These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the agenciabait.com website and the services and platforms of Agência Bait (Bait Digital Agency), including the internal platform Atlas. By accessing or using our services, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Who we are
Agência Bait is a marketing and technology agency based in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. We offer marketing services, campaign management and performance analysis of digital accounts for our clients.
Description of the services
The agenciabait.com corporate website, with information about the agency and contact channels.
Atlas, an internal platform with restricted access, used by the Agência Bait team to analyze the performance of our clients’ marketing accounts. Atlas is not open to the public and requires an authorized login.
Access to Atlas
Access to Atlas is granted only to users authorized by Agência Bait, by invitation. Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out on their account. Access to each client’s data is controlled by individual permissions, and misuse may result in immediate suspension of access.
User commitment
The user agrees to make proper use of the content and information provided, and in particular to:
Not engage in illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
Not spread content that is racist, xenophobic, offensive, that promotes terrorism or that violates human rights.
Not cause damage to the physical and logical systems of Agência Bait, its suppliers or third parties, nor introduce or spread viruses or any other software capable of causing damage.
Not try to access restricted areas, other users’ accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
Intellectual property
All content on the website and the Atlas platform, including brand, logo, texts, layout, code and materials, belongs to Agência Bait or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Third-party integrations
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms, such as the Meta APIs (Facebook and Instagram), exclusively to read metrics from the accounts our clients authorize. The use of these integrations follows the terms of the respective platforms. The website may contain links to external sites that we do not operate, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at agenciabait.com/politica-de-privacidade/, which is part of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
The services are provided as they are. We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and the platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agência Bait is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the services.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the last update at the top indicates the version in force. Continued use of the services after changes means you agree to the updated version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of Campinas, São Paulo, are chosen to settle any matter arising from these Terms, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
